공동 창립자
어윈 마크 제이콥스 박사는 Qualcomm Incorporated의 공동 창립자이자 CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) 디지털 무선 기술을 개척한 선도자이기도 합니다. 제이콥스 박사는 2005년 7월까지 회사의 CEO를 역임하였으며 2009년 3월까지는 Qualcomm 이사회 의장직을 맡았습니다.
